PETS!

Hello Blogging World! Welcome to Wednesday!! Hope everyone is having a great week. My week seems to be going by rather quickly.....and I am thrilled that I get an additional day off making my weekend even longer. I have Spring cleaning to do and I want to spend time with my wonderful husband and our pets.

I think it is about time I post some pics of my "Furry babies". They are the little loves of my life and mean the world to me. Introducing.......(drum roll please)

WONTON TAO

Wonton Tao is my Pekingese. He is small in size, but he doesn't think so. He is extremely protective of me.

Next, we have.....


LOKI

Loki is an odd cat. He is by far, my LARGEST cat. He weighs about 25 pounds. He sits on his butt, like in the above photo and he will sit up on his back feet to beg for food, like a dog. He ONLY drinks out of the sink and will whine and cry if he can see the bottom of the food dish. To show you just how large he is, here is a photo of him wearing MY panties:

He also has a lovely collection of hats: Here is Loki modeling his Elephant Hat.

Next we have......

Miss Coco Chanel

Chanel is a little princess. She has the cutest little meow and is just plain adorable. She knows she is cute so she uses that to her advantage. She has my husband thinking she can do NO wrong!

My next furry child is.................Miu Miu

Miu Miu is a lovely dovey kitty. She loves to lay upon my chest and dig her claws in. Ouch, I know!

She meows with her mouth shut! She is the klutziest cat I own!

Last but certainly, not least...... PRADA!   (Yes, there is a fashion theme.....can you tell???)

Prada is the smallest AND newest additon to our little family. She likes to sleep on the back of the chair and follow my husband around and get underfoot. I need to take more photos of her!

It's the little things....

Soooo.....Thursday afternoon, my sweet husband surprised me with earrings. I was ecstatic! It was such a sweet surprise.

Now, before everyone goes thinking that he bought me diamonds, let me say that first, I could care less about diamonds. In fact, the earrings he bought me are even BETTER than diamonds, because HE got them for me. Here is a picture of them:

Yeppers.....those are Hello Kitty plugs. :) I love that my husband knows just what I would like.

Annnnnnnnnd it's Wednesday!

Today has been a little better than yesterday. I decided to try something different with my hair.....AND, I am wearing a necklace that I made. Its a rather gloomy day out, so I decided to wear cerulean blue to brighten things up. I am also wearing an antique headband that I found years ago.

I am wearing NEW shoes today too. Course, I have had them for a while, just never worn them.

(sorry, a little blurry)

Anywhoozles, they are from Forever 21, and they are actually quite comfortable and lightweight. I am quite fond of them.

Terrible TUESDAY!

So I am just done and over with this day. Can it be Wednesday now......please??  The day started with my shoe strap breaking at work. Thinking quickly, I STAPLED it back on. Then my computer got infected with a virus....so I went half the day without a computer at work. THEN, my awesome idea of stapling my strap onto my shoe caused it to rub on my ankle causing a lovely gash.  So needless to say, I had to run to Target on my lunch break to buy a pair of shoes. I went with simple black flats being that I will wear them over and over again. Thinking things were going to get better.....I get the icing on the cake......My poor husband who has been searching aimlessly for a job and thought he finally got a good job, was let down once again.

So, tonight, I shall come home from work, take a hot bath and relax the rest of the night with my husband and pretend all is well.

Oh Monday, you shouldn't have!

No really..... you shouldn't have......came back around again so early!

I am one sleepy girl today.....which isn't a good thing being I have to work from 7:30-5 and then have class from 6 to 9:40pm. Talk about a loooooong day. Anywhoozles, I chose to go with a retro flapper look today.

I love wearing my collection of flambouyant headbands, and today's makes not exception. Large feathers, rhinestones, and BIG! Although, people always think its part of my hair.

I got bored over the weekend and decided to bedazzle the corner of my glasses too. Just because!

Good Morning, Saturday peeps!

Candi Marie here.....semi sleepy and at work. (boo) I honestly am starting believe that it should be a sin to be awake before 10am on a saturday. Did I mention that it is raining and gloomy out?? Perfect day to be in bed sleeping still. Thank God for Biggby coffee. :)

So.....here is a recap of my day off.......

Yesterday was a good day. While my hubby was having a meeting downtown, I went thrifting at One Girl's Treasure and bought 2 amazing vintage dresses, a skirt and a fabulous satin black and white polka dot blouse, and a silver sequin hair flower. I was quite pleased with my finds. I wasnt even planning on shopping. It just sort of, happened. I was also surprised that OGT carried vintage clothing. That made me very happy. Then, we stopped to this great store on Wealthy Street, called Phills Stuff. This store is only open when "Phill" feels like opening it. Anywhoo, they have everything you can imagine in it. Antiques, hardware, jewelry, old pictures, Manniquins, and TONS of Records.....and a plethera of much much more. My husband picked out 2 really cool vintage postcards and I purchased some very sparkly cocktail rings.

Today, is a work day for me....only until 2pm. Then I will go home and take a nice nap. After napping, I have my work cut out for me. CLEANING!!!!
